DIY Zipper Fringe Necklace. I’ve seen zipper necklaces around with fringe since 2009, but they’re still in style. I especially liked the necklace I posted from aetienne.net here. Tutorial for the above necklace at Cut Out + Keep here. *I like the charms she put on the zipper pull.

This would be so interesting with trim, fabric, etc… sewed a long side the zipper. The possibilities are endless. *EDIT: She actually sells this fringed zip necklace for $15 (a great price) at paperpatterns here (that was in 2010 so not sure they are available now – I’ve emailed her because I’m interested in one).
DIY Zip-Itself Tetrahedron Coin Purse. This craft is so hard to describe because it starts out as this flat zipper that when you zip it turns into a little purse, so you only need a zipper and a ribbon. Found at Craft Passion here. This is how they describe it:
