truebluemeandyou: Wooden Wax Seal. Reblogging because posted this when I had no followers and to remind me how much I love sealing wax and seals (I have one with my monogram on it). There’s a cute one at Amazon (wax and heart seal) for $14.71 here. If you’re really into this get a sealer/stamp with a detachable head so you can put different designs on one sealer. Also Nostalgic Impressions has everything involving the art of writing and seals here. Have also seen cool polymer clay and silver jewelry using these stamps.

Wooden Wax Seal. Tutorial from Ragehaus (and their banner alone is worth looking at). I strangely enough had sealing wax and letter seals growing up, so this would appeal to me.

DIY Poison Bath Oil Favors. Tutorial at Hostess with the Mostess here. Links to everything. But you can use cheap bottles (not the ones here for $10.50. But make sure they have a neck you can dip into wax), free clip art labels and when I did this with herb infused vinegar in bottles, I just melted some paraffin wax and broken candles (in a double boiler like she does). The stamp is a nice touch on top, but not necessary. The wax sealed top elevates this to a much more elegant gift for just a few dollars more for the whole lot.
