If you go to any crafts’ store, Walmart, etc… there is always a scrapbooking or crafts’ section. You can cheaply buy (because they are usually on sale or you go online and get a coupon) these scrapbook embellishments which aren’t just plain old stickers anymore – they are raised and have dimension. They have the foil raised ones at some Dollar Stores (not mine) that I’ve posted about, or if you wanted to go Steampunk (or use clockfaces, gears) Tim Holtz has a line I saw at Michaels. Also you can use chains, strings of gorgeous beads (much cheaper than you think) and also fake flowers/fake vines to wrap around the bottle (always on sale). At the top they used a tassel made out of chain. When I look at the bottle supplies they used a “543242-Winter Branch-Grape” but you could just use a fake vine and thread big beads like “pearls” onto the ends. And it’s the thought that counts
