DIY Scrappy Boa Tutorial. During the Holidays I not only have to come up with great clever ideas for teenagers and adults (taken from the tutorials I’m posting!), but also for kids. And yes, they’d be happy with a feather boa from Michaels, but this is a really easy, NO SEW and fun tutorial to do (and it will last).
